1. Overview
This website, shaveworthy.store (the "Site"), is operated by Shaveworthy. By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or purchase our products.
2. Products and use
The Shaveworthy™ 30° Safety Razor is a double-edge safety razor that uses sharp replaceable blades. It is intended for adults and must be kept out of reach of children. Always handle blades with care, follow the quick-start guide included in the box, and never press the razor against your skin. Shaveworthy is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse or failure to follow the instructions.
Product images are for illustration. Minor variations in finish or packaging may occur. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order and to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in US dollars and include free standard shipping to the United States. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Prices, promotions and countdown offers may change without notice; the price charged is the one displayed at the time you complete checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and its partners (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay). We never see or store your full card number.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock shortage; in that case you are refunded in full. Please check your shipping address at checkout: we are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.
5. Shipping, returns and guarantee
Shipping times, tracking and lost-parcel handling are described in our Shipping Policy. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and return conditions are described in our Returns & Refunds page. Both form part of these Terms.
6. Customer reviews and content
Reviews displayed on the Site come from verified customers of this razor. By submitting a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Site and in our marketing, and you confirm it is your own honest opinion.
7. Intellectual property
The Shaveworthy™ name, logo, photographs, illustrations and texts on the Site are the property of Shaveworthy and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shaveworthy's total liability for any claim relating to a product or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. Any dispute will first be submitted to us for an amicable resolution, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your state of residence.
