Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories). There is no minimum order value and no hidden handling fee.

Delivery time: 14 days maximum, all included

Your order is prepared within 1–2 business days of payment and delivered 7 to 14 days after you order, processing included. The delivery estimate shown on the product page is calculated from the day you order. During peak periods (Black Friday, December holidays) or in case of carrier disruption, delivery may take a few extra days — if that happens we let you know by email.

Add-ons ship separately

The Shaving Brush Set and the 100 Blade Refill are shipped in their own parcel, directly from our partner warehouse. If you order them together with the razor, you will receive two or more parcels, each with its own tracking number, and they may arrive a few days apart. This is normal and no action is required on your side.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number(s). You can follow every parcel in real time on our Track my order page. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show the first scan after the shipping email is sent.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, email us immediately at sav.shaveworthy@outlook.fr — we can correct the address as long as the order has not shipped. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel shows no tracking movement for more than 10 days, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be located, send a free replacement or refund your order in full.

International shipping

Shaveworthy currently ships to the United States only.
